Introduction to sodium gluconate:

Sodium gluconate is a kind of polyhydroxycarboxylic acid, also known as sodium pentahydroxyhexanoate. It is white or light yellow crystal particle or powder. It is very soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol and insoluble in ether. The product has good retarding effect and excellent taste, and is widely used in construction, washing, food and pharmaceutical industries. With the increase of national construction efforts and strict requirements for building quality, as well as the gradual development of new areas such as washing, the demand for sodium carbonate products has increased dramatically, showing a huge market potential.

Industrial grade sodium gluconate use:

1. Used as cement admixture: when a certain amount of sodium gluconate is added to the cement, the plasticity strength of the concrete can be increased, and there is a blocking effect, that is, the initial and final setting time of the concrete can be delayed.

2. Used as cleaning agent for steel surface: if the steel surface needs to be plated with bowl, chromium, tin and nickel for special purposes, the steel embryo surface needs to be strictly cleaned, which is a solid combination of the coating and the steel surface. At this time, the addition of sodium gluconate in the cleaning agent will achieve a very ideal effect.

3. As a special cleaning agent for glass bottles: the following common problems can be improved by using the professional cleaning agent for glass bottles with sodium gluconate as the main formula: the descaling power is not strong, which is easy to block the nozzle and pipeline of the bottle washing machine; the anti bottle sticking and bottle neck rust removing power are not ideal; the micro residue after washing is not ideal for food safety (such as phosphate residue); the washing water is discharged into a public hazard.
